And some are better at certain things and others are better at other things. Done maybe don’t have enough experience yet but have high ceilings. Some have peaked early and maybe don’t have room for growth. Some have good grades and qualifications but have never faced any adversity and would crumble under pressure. Some have good qualifications but are only there because they are trying to impress mom and dad. Some are passionate and some don’t care.

It is just so much more complex in terms of picking these candidates than you are making it out to be.
