BYU football has had and will always have unique challenges. We’ve found ways to overcome them and do some great things in the past, and we’ll find ways to navigate this new landscape now and in the future.
Every football team on the planet has had some serious ups and downs. Some once great programs have struggled for extended periods of time.
We have 17 returning starters, what appears to be a stout O-line for the first time in many, many years (something Sitake promised was a priority), a possible rising star as a QB, a pretty solid D, a deeper running back core, and across the board one of the better teams on paper as far as depth goes that we’ve fielded in awhile.
So yea, rather than look to the past I’m looking forward and couldn’t be more excited. Couldn’t. Be. More. Excited.
