You can't be serious. Chris Hill had full authority. Also, the UofU President
was also highly involved in them being invited. Neither of them had to seek approval from BYUs BOT. That is the biggest difference. Rhondo Fehlberg shared that to be a BYU AD is to have all the responsibility and none of the authority. TH is a "good soldier." He is willing to do the bidding of his superiors. Is he happy about the things he has to do? I don't know. I just know that he does them.
