If there were demands, We don’t know whose they were... Holmoe’s or the BOT
We don’t truly know if there was an actual offer.
We don’t know if a hypothetical offer was rejected.
If a hypothetical offer was rejected, we don’t know who decided, but it was most likely the BOT, not Holmoe.
