There are a couple of ways to do this:

1. Kid needs to be an elite natural athlete. Like best of the best.

2. Play club for multiple sports. It’s doable but it will take over your life. Some are ok with that.

3. Plan on your kids going to lower division high schools where the competition level is lower and it’s easier to make the team. Another option would be to live in a small town where the old ways of youth sports still prevail.
