supporting this position and totally ignore a huge number of posts from other BYU fans that actually totally disagree with the OP. And this is on CB, where some of the most rabid fans hang out.

I guess it's just sad to me that they will take the 3 or 4 "money quotes" and ignore everything else that everyone else said. They will use this conversation as justification for continued hatred of the program.

If you actually look through the thread it's easy to see that there's a wide variety of viewpoints on this topic. But that doesn't matter, because all BYU fans are big-headed, and unrealistic, and self-righteous, and preachy, and think that their university is the only true and living university and that they are entitled to everything, when really they're just big doo doo heads.
