to BYU. He didn't go to Utah either. He is a GA and still chooses to cheer for Utah sports. He does in fact cheer against BYU in rivalry games. So did Elder Wirthlin and many other GAs.

Easy to reconcile.

President Samuelson spent the majority of his life cheering for Utah and against BYU. He is true blue now but just saying.

He could have gotten into BYU, as so many who attend Utah could have.

He does not seem to have had a hard time reconciling.

How do you reconcile your hatred of Utah with it's Mormon Head Coach and many return missionaries? How do you, as an evolved BYU student/graduate, reconcile your hatred of sons or daughters of God, even if they attend and cheer for the University of Utah?

Horrible post and I can't believe there are BYU fans that even think the way the original poster does.

Disliking BYU sports will not prevent someone from achieving exhaltation. Sorry.
