I just let an employee go today for only giving me a one week notice
She sent me her resignation letter today, stating that this Friday will be her last day. I waited until the end of her shift to tell her that today is her last day and that she will not be employable by the company in the future because she did not give a full 2 week notice. Did I do this right? Feel kinda bad about it but just felt like I had to set the precedence for the other employees.
