I mean you wouldn't give 0 days notice two weeks in advance. You'd give it on your last day.
So I only see a single scenario involving 0 days notice — not one where you get paid and another where you don't. So your justification of why they wouldn't do it didn't make sense to me.
Maybe I don't understand the meaning of 0 days notice. 🙂
Now whether everyone will do that is a different question. But if they're afraid of not getting paid that's what they'll do.
