What makes you think I did not give her thanks? We parted on good terms and she
understands. I told her how great it was to work with her, thanked her for everything she did, but policy is policy. They are all aware of the company policy that if 2 week notice is not given then they will not be re-hirable. She understands and thanked me and actually called me a great boss, but whatever, you guys keep making your assumptions.
