If it’s an hourly job with people of lower socioeconomic status typically hired, then the majority would probably still need the 2 weeks of pay, so they would be more likely to give the full two weeks, knowing that if they don’t, they may walk away with no pay at all. Corporate jobs maybe not so much, just depends.
If they give zero days notice that means they worked the two weeks and will get paid. If they give two weeks notice they may or may not get terminated and may or may not get paid, depending on the employer.
