I’ve managed hundreds of different people over the last 15 years. I can only think of one time where an employee quit
without giving notice. I focus on encouraging work life balance and celebrating promotions for employees even if it’s outside of my line of business or even my company. I am basically always given the courtesy of 2 weeks notice.
